These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Skripe ("Skripe", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Skripe mobile app, the skripe.app website, and related services (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, connecting a wallet, or signing the sign-in message, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction; the Service may not be available, or may be restricted, where prohibited by law.
Skripe is a discovery, social, and interface layer for Solana-based tokens ("memecoins"). Skripe:
Rankings, "decks", originality scores, view/like counts, and similar signals are informational and automated, provided "as is", and are not recommendations, endorsements, or verification of any token, team, or claim.
You connect your own wallet (e.g., an email-linked embedded wallet or any supported Solana wallet). You are solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, keys, and device security. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; once submitted, they cannot be undone by us. You are responsible for all network fees, slippage, failed transactions, and the accuracy of any address or amount. We are not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, user error, or third-party infrastructure.
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Memecoins are extremely high-risk, volatile, and often illiquid; you can lose some or all of the value you commit, rapidly and permanently. Many tokens are speculative, may be abandoned, may be scams or "rug pulls", and may have no utility or value. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research. Only commit what you can afford to lose.
Certain features are paid — for example "Boosts" (a clearly labeled, time-limited visibility window in the feed) and paid AI-video credits. Paid features are advertising/reach or usage products, not investments, and buying a Boost does not change a token's underlying score, quality, or value and is not an endorsement by Skripe. Prices are shown before purchase and are typically paid in SOL to an on-chain address. Because payments settle on-chain and features are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchases.
Skripe lets you generate short videos from images you provide, using third-party AI models. By using this feature you represent that you own or have all rights to the images and inputs you upload and that they do not infringe any third party's rights or violate these Terms. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish or share it. We may apply automated and manual content moderation and may refuse, watermark, or remove generated content.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (profiles, posts, comments, chat messages, images, and generated videos — "User Content"). You grant Skripe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service (e.g., showing your video in feeds and community pages). You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to it and that it complies with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Some features (community rooms, posting, chat) may be gated to token holders or claimed teams. Community admins and Skripe may moderate content and participation. We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content, limit reach, suspend or terminate accounts, or revoke access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, unlawful, or abusive. Enforcement decisions may be automated.
Where the Service lets a team claim or verify a token, any badge or "claimed"/"verified" status reflects a technical, on-chain check at a point in time and is not a guarantee of legitimacy, safety, or value, and is not an endorsement. You must not claim or represent a token you do not control.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding User Content and third-party marks), is owned by Skripe or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
The Service relies on and links to third parties (e.g., wallet providers, blockchain networks and RPC providers, market-data sources, AI model providers, and storage/infrastructure). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and your use of them may be governed by their own agreements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that data (prices, market caps, holders, scores) is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skripe and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, your trading or transactions, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility. To the extent any liability is not excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Skripe for paid features in the 3 months before the event, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skripe and its team from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 5, 8, 12, 14–16, 18–20) survive termination.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Effective date" shows the latest version and material changes will be indicated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
