This Privacy Policy explains how Skripe ("Skripe", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Skripe mobile application and the skripe.app website (together, the "App"). Skripe is a discovery and trading app for Solana-based tokens. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Skripe is a non-custodial application. We never take custody of your funds, and we never have access to your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. Your wallet remains under your control at all times.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the App:
Wallet address. When you connect or create a wallet, we process your public Solana wallet address. This is your primary identifier in the App. We do not access private keys or seed phrases.
Account and profile information. If you set up a public profile, we store the username, avatar image, and any profile details you choose to provide.
Authentication data. If you sign in using email or a social login, that information is processed by our authentication provider to create and secure your account.
Content you submit. Posts, comments, messages, uploaded images, generated videos, and other content you create or share in communities and profiles.
Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we process a device push token to deliver alerts (for example, new messages or followers).
Usage and device data. Basic technical and usage information (such as app interactions, device type, and app version) used to operate, secure, and improve the App.
On-chain data. Publicly available blockchain information associated with tokens and wallet addresses. This data is public by nature and not created by us.
2. How We Use Information
To provide core features: the feed, token discovery, communities, profiles, messaging, and trading flows.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To deliver notifications you have enabled.
To moderate content and keep the App safe (including automated screening of uploaded images and generated media).
To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the App.
To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following service providers, who may process certain data on our behalf to provide their functionality. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
Privy — wallet creation, authentication, and login.
Cloudflare R2 — storage and delivery of uploaded and generated media.
fal.ai — AI image-to-video generation.
Anthropic and OpenAI — automated content moderation and AI features.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
4. Public Information
Some information is public by design. Your wallet address, on-chain activity, and any content you post publicly (such as public profile details, posts, or comments) may be visible to other users. Your portfolio is private by default. Please consider what you choose to make public.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account-related data as described below. Note that on-chain blockchain data is public and permanent and cannot be deleted by us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Children
Skripe is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the third-party providers listed above. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and significant changes may be communicated within the App.
